Complete the online "Autism Evaluation Request" form and we will contact you within 2 business days. We will set up a telephone interview to review the Autism Evaluation Request and discuss options for your child. This Interview will take approximately 15 minutes. We will send you additional paperwork, that willl need to be completed prior to the in-person evaluation.

Our team will schedule an in-person evaluation for your child to observe the presence of traits and characteristics of Autism. Our team consists of a Board-Certified Pediatrician (MD) and a Doctor of Special Education (PhD). We have extensive training and experience in the evaluation of Autism. The in-person evaluation  is a thorough application of the Nationally accepted Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule - 2 (ADOS-2). This will take approximately 3 hours and includes an initial review of the ADOS-2. The evaluation will take place in North Charleston, South Carolina. 

We will provide you with a formal written report and schedule a follow-up consultation within 7 business days.
